GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

  • Strong technical background (Network, VoIP, Security, Datacentre, Transmission, SMS/MMS Technologies)
  • University Degree with Electronic, Computer, Telecommunication, Industrial or Mathematics Engineering
  • At least 4 years Solution Selling experience
  • At least 4 years Business Development experience
  • Management Consulting background preferred
  • Minimum 5-year-experience in ICT sector. Preferably in system integrator or vendor.
  • Knowledge of venture-backed ecosystem and emerging technology trends
  • Experience conducting thorough Market analysis for various technology sectors and competitive Intelligence across players, competitors and the overall value chain.
  • Strong financial analysis skills with experience in evaluating new platforms & technologies (TCO) and ability to develop/analyze business cases, product profitability models, and budgets 
  • Exceptional communication and customer interface skills
  • Proven teamwork qualities and skills
  • Ability to communicate with business people about business issues and technical people on technical delivery
  • Negotiation and creative business development skills
  • Ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage in dynamic high growth and high uncertainty environments
  • Strong focus on “result-orientation”
  • Excellent analytical skills (listening, questioning, challenging etc.)
  • Military service completed (for male candidates)
  • Ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements
  • Driving license (B class)
  • Strong “self starter”, able to work in a remote environment with significant autonomy.

 

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking an Enterprise New Solutions Development Snr.Assc. Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting  Enterprise New Solutions Dev.Mngr. of  Vodafone Turkey.
                              
 Working as Enterprise New Solutions Development  Senior .Assc. Manager within the Enterprise New Solutions Development Management function, you  will provide a step change by defining, implementing and communicating the new solutions and services areas to support Enterprises as One Telco Solution. Accountable from Vodafone Turkey's Smart City End-to-End Strategy and Business Development by giving advanced consultancy to public & private sector and create strong partnership ecosystem based on new revenue & market development targets.
 
-          Responsible for identification, definition and analysis of business opportunities and challenges related to asset and platform utilization with the objective of formulating plans and recommendations to drive overall commercialization success.
-          Should be Proficient in leading a joint company-strategic service planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for company.
-          Develop new business opportunities through Sell through, Sell To & Sell with by mapping partners & end customers.
-          Use Business acumen with ability to maintain and expand relationships with strategically  important customers and support sales teams to achieve enterprise solutions sales quota
-          Demonstrated excellence in developing new business and new client relationships by developing go-to-market  enterprise solutions and preparing marketing collaterals
-          Experienced in increasing sales revenues ( new opportunities & accounts), developing profitable as well as productive business relationships
-          To drive industry, mainstream vendors and small companies scouting according to Vodafone´s New  Enterprise Solutions Business Development Process to ensure we deliver innovations aiming to enhance customer experience, improve cost efficiencies and enable new products, services and market propositions.
