QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is one of the international hotel chains. For its future development plans, we are looking for a:
RECEPTIONIST
Our ideal candidate should have a bachelors degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management department. S/he should possess good communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate should have three years of experience in front office department. Good level of English is a must.
İŞ TANIMI
The ideal candidates will be responsible for:
- Proceeding all check-in and check-out activities in the hotel;
- Welcoming the guests sincerely and direct them to their rooms;
- Managing incoming calls and faxes;
- Anticipating guest needs and respond them accordingly.
Preferred Candidate
More than 2 years of experience
