QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The ideal candidate would:
- Have 7 – 10 years experience in Securities Services and Custody Business, dealing with international institutional community.
- Have strong Capital Markets background.
- Drive new sales effort from prospects in all client base categories.
- Offer the product related needs of clients and develop solutions for them by coordinating with regional product, operations, legal, tax, and compliance teams.
- Contribute to strategy and product development functions.
- Be results driven and a good negotiator
- Be a team player possessing advanced planning and time management skills.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English. (French knowledge is an asset)
- Preferably hold an Advanced CMB license
- Be competent in MS office applications
İŞ TANIMI
We’re looking for a Securities Services Sales Senior Manager for TEB Security Services team which is operating under CIB Group in TEB and, is globally integrated with BNP Paribas. Extending the customer portfolio, creating sales strategy and action plans and contributing product development functions in line with Bank’s strategy- Identifying the potential customers and contacting them and coordinating the process from meeting to account opening.
- Customer visits in scope of marketing activity
- Informing customers about products and services; and pricing
- Creating common sales strategies for target customers with other groups and Business Lines.
- Developing cross selling opportunities with other Groups and Business Lines
