What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Min 2 years of experience within the fields of Logistics, Storage Management and Supply Chain or related functions
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering 
* Solid IT skills to manage mobility logistic & storage tools (CMMS etc.)
* Advanced in MS Office applications
* Knowledge of foreign trade and supply chain policies
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Result orientated
* Good level of time management
* Very good command of English. German will be an asset

What else do I need to know?
* Military service should be completed for male candidates.
* No restrictions for travelling.

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
For our High Speed Maintenance team in Ankara (mainly in TCDD Sekerfabrikasi depot in Eryaman), we are looking for a new Logistic Specialist. High Speed Maintenance is a fast growing market and a very important part of Mobility Customer Service Business. This role will be responsible for managing the complete supply chain activities including order management, monitoring of operational and delivery processes with the objective of sustainable customer satisfaction by optimized processes and resource planning. This role will have a close contact to the business in general, including HQ team in Erlangen (Germany) and Mobility team & Supply Chain department in Istanbul.

What are my responsibilities?
* Management responsibility for Siemens warehouse on side: Leading and monitoring day & night shifts storeman workload, collecting actual data of storage  
* Administration of CMMS tool: Update product amounts, set critical low levels, inform maintenance management about actual amounts and reaching critical low levels.
* Controlling of usage rates for consumables and spares
* Creation of purchase order based on request of technical team and/or CMMS output.
* Tracking procurement processes and tacking necessary actions to finalize the procurement process
* Tracking and monitoring the calibration of devices (torque etc.)
* Tracking the deliveries on side based on open purchase orders, inspection of materials together with storeman before acceptance in warehouse
* Tracking the open purchase order list, force to close the open items and report critical points to the management
* Arrangement of transport together with operative buyer for new and refurbished materials from the local market (e.g. brake pads)
* Arrangement of transport together with operative buyer for repair & temporary deliveries local and/or abroad
* Preparation of necessary documents (e.g. delivery list, dispatch note) for local and abroad transport
* Preparation of necessary documents for customs clearance issues in case of import and temporary export (e.g. repair deliveries)
* Ensuring the involvement of Supply Chain department (operative buyer, logistics and customs clearance etc.) in all relevant activities
* Monitoring the defective spare part list and informing maintenance management on side and HQ team
* Taking necessary actions to improve the procurement, logistic and inventory processes which lead to higher intern and customer satisfaction
