• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent education ,

• Excellent knowledge on statistical and simulation softwares and ability to create simple programs (MS Access),
• Excellent command of English (verbal and written), German language is preferable,
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills,
• Team player, and having good communication skills,
• Proactive approach and good communication skills,
• Ability to work under pressure,
• High willingness for learning, open-mindedness for new ideas and challenges,
• No restriction for occasional travel abroad.
   

İŞ TANIMI

• Improving and optimizing warehouse processes and layout, capacity and resource planning for warehouse, efficiently cooperates with Operations
• Participating into logistics network projects, providing the necessary analysis to the feasibility studies
• Being responsible of preparing warehouse KPIs, reports and analyzes the performance measures to enable the necessary actions
• Developing methodology to optimize warehouse processes and layout
• Tuning the processes and warehouse layout to the patterns of customer orders
• Preparing business plans for space, headcount and equipment needs short/mid/long term
• Proactive regular checks to realize high demands and informing management
• Measuring and reporting monthly warehouse KPIs (i.e delivery performance, productivity, warehouse damages, warehouse performances)
• Making analyzes for warehouse performance to find root causes of bad performance / reasons of good performance and to define actions to make bad performance better / to keep good performance stable
• Collect the performances of countries in the Region in common scorecard and define the root causes on the bad performance and address the actions to improve
• Creating new KPIs to better monitoring
• Collect, measure and analyze the data for Logistics Network feasibility studies such as location of new warehouses, lay out, capacity, equipment, HC requirements
• Analyze total cost perspective for regional network solutions with different scenarios
