3+ years experience in a similar position in an international hotel chain
A bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hotel Management is required. An MBA or any equivalent is preferred
Very strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills; analytical capabilities, leadership skills and the ability to manage and drive multiple accounts
Effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary, Networking, Persuasion, Prospecting, Public Speaking, Research, Writing, Closing Skills, Motivation for team management, Operation Planning, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges
Turkish and English perfectly bilingual

İŞ TANIMI

•Manage the daily operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry department
•Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning of the departments
•Daily data collection and reporting of issues as they arise
•Manage the selection, training and development of employees with an eye toward maximum employee satisfaction, productivity and guest satisfaction
•Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to ensure adherence to cleanliness and maintenance standards
•Manage operating expenses to maximize costs while providing excellent guest services
•Coordinate department’s activities with other departments to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest satisfaction. Bear ultimate responsibility for monitoring consumption and ordering replacement of guest and cleaning supplies
•Oversee divisional matters as they relate to federal, state and local employment and civil rights laws
