• Graduated from engineering Department
• Min. 8 years telecommunications experience
• Min. 5 years telecommunication or GSM/UMTS/LTE network operation management experience.
• MS office applications
• Good command of English
• Strong skill of  team management
• Ability to manage the inter disciplinar relationships and negotiation
• Strong communication and decision making skills – ability to balance conflicting interests
• No military obligation
• Has to have Driving License in B Class
• Willing to domiciliate in Gaziantep

We are seeking a Planning Optimization Expert (Gaziantep) with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading digital Transformation, reporting to Planning & Optimization Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

• Planning & Optimization Expert  is responsible to plan and optimize  the radio network for the region in line with the Network Optimization and Sales priorities to achieve the agreed KPI and SLAs for the Region.
• Plan & Optimise with smart network Technologies (2G/3G/LTE sites, repeaters, femtocells..)
• Review the network performance in the region through all quality and performance reports; and ensures necessary actions are taken to sustain & improve the quality of the 2G, 3G, LTE network
• Ensure the forming of all necessary frequency and parameters related to the site to be planned.
• Realise the required drive tests and ensure the required  2G, 3G, LTE network  accordingly.
• Responsible for 2G/3G/LTE new site planning&optimization.
• RAN parameters settings and analysis of  Network KPI’s
• Network coverage design and clusters optimization
• Data audit and RAN parameter consistency checks
• Analysis of the RAN counters
• Tender support for RAN design and capacity dimensioning
• Apply troubleshooting and subsequent optimization measures to improve the network KPIs
