OEM Expert (Purchasing)

• Commercial and/or technical university degree; MBA is an asset,
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in purchasing, especially  category management or in a procurement related technical area,
• Experience in purchasing of OEM products,
• Excellent leadership & communication skills with the ability to work effectively at all hierarchical levels,
• Strong analytical skills,
• Structured way of working,
• High self motivation, strong personal initiative and assertiveness,
• Team player with ability to work successfully in cross-functional teams,
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills,
• Strong analytical skills andresult-orientation,
• Excellent  English knowledge both written and verbal is a must, German knowledge is an asset,
• No restriction to travel.

İŞ TANIMI

• Regional responsibility for OEM purchasing (Major Domestic Appliance MDA), -Further professionalize OEM purchasing (MDA) in all assigned sites and continuous development of the regional IC organization-
• Achieving maximal savings (TCO) using all possible purchasing levers,
• Steering of regional strategy in alignment with global OEM strategy to get the best fit for the regions and implementation of supplier,strategy/portfolio (incl. strategy approval process)  in the framework of compliance processes,
• Material group,market analysis & development, alignment and implementation of derived strategies  (incl. strategy approval process),
• Supplier Management (e.g. ensures supplier technical capacities, evaluates risk & performance, manages supplier base),
• Steering global contract negotiation aligned with the legal department.
