• University degree in computer engineering, electric-electronic engineering, telecommunications engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in NGN, PSTN, IMS and VoIP technologies
• Deep knowledge in SIP, H.323, MGCP, RADIUS, ISUP and SS7 protocols
• Very Good understanding of IP networks and technologies
• Basic knowledge of Unix, Linux, PL/SQL, Database administration (Oracle and MySQL) and XML scripts.
• Good team player and motivation for self development

We are seeking a Voice Services Expert with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting  to Voice Services Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.

                                       

• Responsible for planning, designing, integration, upgrade and retirement of Voice&Video Infrastructure.
• E2E integration design responsibility for the Infrastructure elements.
• Work closely with vendors related to deployed infrastructure and new technologies.
• Take part in design, implementation and operation of infrastructure to provide connectivity to legal and regulatory parties.
• Define and Improve KPIs as per Vodafone Standard.
• Proactively reviewing current architecture and capabilities, testing and evaluating new technologies and solutions and implementing improvements.
• Organize trainings to other Voice&Video Infrastructure dependant teams to improve their know-how and problem resolution times.
• Accountable to develop and define standards, concepts and guidelines for Voice&Video Infrastructure environments
• Interface with other Global and Group Technology teams
• Technology Evaluation / Selection and Proof of Concept.
• Co-ordinated Network optimization services to reduce risk and improve the network SLA.
• Savings by consolidation and optimization of existing infrastructures.
• Design and implemented sufficient Network Tools to ensure efficient operations of network.
• Accountable for vendor management and product decision for Voice&Video Infrastructure components.
• Accountable for RFI/RFQ/RFP preparation of new Voice&Video Infrastructure platforms
• Project management of the projects related to Voice&Video Infrastructure
• Interaction with other departments to understand their needs and take the necessary actions.
