BSH Home Appliances is searching for a Head of Section to be employed inÇerkezköy Cooling Development Center with the following qualifications:

• University degree in Mechanical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Work experience min. 5 years
• Project experience min. 2 years in a leading function or sub leading functions
• Leadership Skills
• Experience in development and testing of refrigerators and freezers.
• Used to work in International teams and have Intercultural experience
• Analytical minded, team oriented, having innovative spirit, good communication skill and assertiveness
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
• Fluent English knowledge, German is an asset
• Live/willing to live in or close to Çerkezköy, Çorlu, Beylikdüzü and Bahçeşehir.

İŞ TANIMI

This person will be responsible for:

• Technical leadership and coordination of a functional development team and responsible for the functional development of  appliances’ series tasks like introducing new technical variants, quality improvements and cost reduction. Performance and cooling system adaptations with new parts, features, standard changes by;
  • Assuring all testing activities are according to BSH and international standards to ensure proper declaration
  • Optimizing functionality of appliances of production under development center’s responsibility continuously; ratio, quality and new variant production and release the product for the region.
  • Supporting other functions and departments regarding cooling function and performance
  • Planning and allocating resources for the given tasks
  • Making technical reviews with the team and coach them and keeping them updated with new requirements, standard changes, assuring a proper working ambient in the laboratory with all necessary equipments are provided and ready for use
  • Being in contact with the project team and be prepared before handing over the new appliances’ responsibility
  • Assuring all conformity documents of running products are approved according to the regulation and BSH internal rules and ready to given to the authorities when it is asked. Planning and coordinating third party testing programs and keep lab certification accordingly
  • Striving for less complexity, more efficiency and quality for the running production appliances
