• Willingness to Live in İliç / Erzincan (Residential in İliç),
• University Degree From Engineering Departments (Preferably Mining, Geology, Mechanic and Chemical Engineering),
• At Least 3 Years Safety Responsibilities Experience in Mining, Process, Construction, Oil and Gas Operations,
• Min. Level C Safety Professional Certificate in Compliance with Turkish Legislations,
• Preferably International Safety Certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA etc.),
• Fluency in Both Written and Spoken English,
• Good MS Office Suite of Software Knowledge in Their Use,
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Solid Knowledge and Experience of Relevant Turkish HSE Laws, Legislations and Implementation,
• Excellent Leadership, Auditing, Mentoring and Trainer Skills,
• Strong Communication, Presentation and Reporting Skills,
• B Class Driving License, (Min. 2 years experience)
• No Military Service Obligation For Male Candidates,
• Knowledge about OHSAS 18001,
• Preferably International Environment Work Experience.

İŞ TANIMI

• Take role for risk assessment, incident investigation, site inspection and industrial hygiene monitoring,
• Use health and safety tools or software,
• Produce and update health and safety statistic in weekly and monthly periods,
• Conduct and coordinate health and safety trainings for critical safety procedures and site inductions,
• Provide support and take role on the implementation of companywide or department initiatives and improvement,
• Have knowledge about OHSAS 18001 and other International Health & Safety standards.
