QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor Degree in engineering or business, master degree is a plus
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in related field
  • Experience in ITC Sector (Information and Communication Technologies)
  • Fixed Operator Data , Voice , Security , Datacenter , VAS , Cloud services know-how
  • Experience in Customer/Partner Management
  • Experience in a large multinational company is a plus
  • Strong written, verbal communication skills& inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English


İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a VAS&Cloud Partner Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Head Of Enterprise Solutions of  Vodafone Turkey.
  • The Partner Manager is responsible for selling Cloud & Vas & Fixed Services products by channel partners who focus on related product portfolio. The key purpose of the role is to enable new Channel Partners for Vodafone Turkey in line with company strategy to maximise revenue through these partners.
  • Responsible for Cloud & Vas & Fixed Services Partner revenue and customer growth in-line with business targets.
  • Develops mutually-beneficial annual and quarterly business plans with Partner using described format, outlining goals, objectives, strategy and actions
  • Executes quarterly and ad-hoc business reviews with Partner, focusing on achievement of revenue, training, lead-generation and relationship objectives are met and planned
  • Develop Partner sales strategy to accelerate growth for Fixed and Mobile Services
  • Achieving revenue targets and goals for the territory from partners
  • Manage new and existing  partners to increase product sales
  • Build positive working relationship with partners to ensure smooth partner services
  • Identify, recruit and on-board new partners to build business
  • Coordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities for revenue generation
  • Establish business plans and ensure company resources (budgets, people etc.) are utilized efficiently/effectively to deliver results targetted by the department
  • Builds relationships with assigned Partners, ensuring maximum mindshare and improved clear understanding of Vodafone Türkiye products
  • Establish and develop effective relations with the key partners and kingpins within whole partners to ensure that VF is the preferred supplier for telecommunication
  • Develop profitable business model based on market trends and competitor activity
  • Conduct business review with partners and recommend improvements
