Accounts Payable Specialist

• Economics or Business Administration degree
• 1-4 years accounts payable experience
• Import-export accounting experience
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Knowledge of customs rules/legislation
• Knowledge of ERP system
• Excellent command of English
• Ready to work on tight schedules in period closing (quarterly, monthly)
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent team player with excellent communication skills
• No military obligation (for male candidates)

İŞ TANIMI

• Enters all foreign vendor invoices into system
• Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues with vendors
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
• Set invoices up for payment
• Enters payments into system
• Assists with monthly status reports, and monthly closings.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions
• Provide supporting documentation for audits
