İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Corporate Relations Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to External Affairs Director of Vodafone Turkey.

Manage Vodafone Turkey's social program to maximize its contribution to company’s corporate reputation and its synergy with brand.

Designate Vodafone Turkey Foundation strategy, relevant project partners and build & manage company's CSR programme in line with Digital Transformation vision.

Manage the Vodafone Turkey Foundation as a seperate and corporate identity to boost Vodafone Turkey's corporate reputation.

Run Vodafone Turkey Foundation projects end-to-end with the project partners

Prepare and follow-up the communication calendar for Vodafone Turkey Foundation projects with the relevant team members in order to build awareness for Foundation activities.

Manage the processes for Mobile Apps with relevant team members end-to-end.
Supervise the whole Vodafone Turkey Foundation event process

Manage the representative positioning with maximum visibility for the foundation & company

Manage relations with Vodafone Group Foundation and ensure information flows timely and accurately between Vodafone Group Foundation and Vodafone Turkey Foundation.

Prepare quarterly reports ( both for the budget & project evaluation)

Prepare audit documentation, where necessary

Manage the Vodafone Turkey Foundation's whole governance processes. ( Decision Lock Book, legal documentations, reporting,cash flow..)

Organize and follow-up necessary auditing mechanisms for the programmes, lead social impact analysis and reporting, track

Coordinate necessary formal documentations ( letters, information, packs,presentation..)

Manage relations with the governmental bodies on specific social issues.

Coordinate the cross functional teams & prepare financial and legal reporting for the local Authority regularly.

Build and manage Corporate Volunteer strategy together with Internal communication, develop the calendar & follow-up and report the execution.
