QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Degree qualified in Engineering , Science disciplines or Management Information Systems (MIS)
At least 2 years experience is required in Fiber/FTTH/Transmission.
Knowledge in fiber preferred and FTTH technologies
Technical Experience related Telecommunication Infrastructure Managements.
Knowledge on GIS (Geographic Information System) applications is preferred.
Problem solving skills.
Strong analytical deduction.
Result oriented.
Fluent in English
Experience in internal/Customer Relationship.

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a FTTH Field Rollout Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting FTTH Rollout Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

Supporting for executing intra and intercity of FTTH (GPON)/Fiber Rollout processes are in compliance with technical standards in target date. Notifying related person, updating projects and information. Reporting with following projects and process closely.
Supporting field applications (ODN, RoW , Constructions, Cable laying, Campus Cabling,etc) about FTTH /fiber rollout management which are ended into related points.
Implementing rollout management in target date, in norms and directions that is planned. Having implemented process updated and reporting by following conclusion of projects. Follow up Project Plan/schedule with activities and milestones.
Working with other departments to solve problems which are occurred during implementation of FTTH rollout process. Respond/act on management direction; hold regular status meetings; write effective presentations.
Ensuring feasibility studies and solving problem on zone that excavation is occurring in necessary cases.
Controlling rollout progress, the work process of Vendors and audit firm, following the completion of the work daily. Continually follow up KPIs; keep up to date FTTH network inventory data.
