QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics or Administrative Sciences
- Strong knowladge of SAP
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good level of English
- 5 years of experience in Customer Accounting or Credit Management
- Ability to manage relationships both internally and externally
- Military obligation must be completed / exempt for male candidates
İŞ TANIMI
- Carry out the daily unblocking or blocking of the customers orders
- Issue credit notes to the customers
- Operatively manage the fiscal cases
- Optimize the process of debt collecting/recovery of credits
- Monitor the invoicing process to the customers, directly managing exceptions
- Monitoring discount packages
- Managing the accounting operations and payment plans in cooperation with legal department and sales team.
- Customers master data
- Reporting about credit issues
- Keep under control customers payment statement and/or debt exposure
- Monitor the cash taking process
- Keep the sales force updated
- Customers payment statement analysis
- Customers debt exposure analysis
- Executing the relationships with insurance company
- Managing the collection systems

More than 5 years of experience
