QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Michael Page International is a global recruitment company in which our experience in recruitment and specialized selection is recognized and valued by clients and candidates all around the world.
For our developing services and operation in Turkey, we are looking for an Recruitment Intern Candidate who aims for a career in human resources.
Young, dynamic, and driven individual, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills, and have a genuine interest in recruitment and sales. Applicants must be fluent in English. The teammate should possess a strong sense of team spirit, have a positive attitude, comfortable in a sales driven environment and be able to deal with day-to-day challenges. Great career for students who can work as a part-time.
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
- College student in his/her 3rd or 4th year;
- Ability to work for 3 months period;
- Preferably had a previous internship experience;
- Hardworking, self-directed, and a high level of initiative;
- Flexibility in adapting to and responding quickly to changing priorities and deadlines;
- Knowledge of advanced Internet searches, using different tools;
- Excellent communication (verbal / written), organizational, and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in both Turkish and English;
- Mature, professional and dynamic type of personality.
İŞ TANIMI
The successful candidate will be responsible from the following tasks:
- Supporting the research activities of the team;
- Supporting the researcher and the consultants in headhunt projects;
- Taking part in assessment of candidates and the reporting process;
- Being responsible for managing the database for executive profiles.

Less than 10 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Student), Bachelor’s(Graduate)
