PURCHASING ENGINEER - TRANSFORMERS

• University degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and related departments,
• 3 years of work experience in related field,
• Knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills, self-motivated, customer oriented, multi-tasking, having stress management capability,
• Completed military service for male applicants,
• Good verbal and written communications skills in English,
• Residence in Istanbul Anatolian side or Kocaeli.

İŞ TANIMI

• Purchase materials according to required technical specification, price, delivery schedule and terms. 
• Ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures.
• Identifies new suppliers in cooperation with relevant category team.
• Negotiates agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews pricelists, terms and conditions.
• Adapts corporate contractual framework to the local business needs.   Recommends frame agreements to management, and executes upon approval.
• Analyses and evaluates bids in order to determine the optimal value
• Oversees supplier performance (on time delivery, quality, lead time), and resolves performance issues.
• Conducts all Supply Chain activities for all goods and services in accordance with policies and procedures.
