• Demonstrable experience as a print designer for fashionable ladieswear
• Fluent in English
• Experience of customer research
• Technical print design knowledge and skill
• Flair, creativity, commerciality, and acute fashion awareness  
• Able to collect appropriate data, make observations and to implement  trend research when building collections
• Can prepare  trend researches in line with target customer groups in story-board formats, by using  creative skills
• Can build and present the collections and ensures they are finished in line with the buying calendar
• Capability of applying criteria such as fashionability, usage after sales, price, colour combinations, styles and yarns while preparing the range plan.
• Knows the approriate technical qualities of techniques used for graphic designs.
• Can suggest fabric qualities according to the PSF price that is identified when deciding on the fabric qualities; decides on pattern techniques according to the fabric qualities.
• Able to prepares technical details flawlessly in order to ensure that artwork is composed accurately with no need for further corrections.
• Can check the allover prints, measurements, colours and qualities of all pre-production fabrics, and contributes to final decisions.
