TECHNICAL SERVICE SALES SUPPORT ENGINEER

• University degree in Electric Engineering degree,
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in power produc or power produc service business, 
• Knowledge of HV product, services and systems, 
• Preferably have process knowledge in one or more disciplines such as field and work shop activity, 
• Experience in purchusing, exporting and importing proces, 
• Experience in Quality&Opex, OHS (Operational Health and Safety), 
• Innovative, team player, strong planning and organizational skills, very good communication and interpersonal skills, 
• Advance English skills, 
• No limitation for travel and working in customer site, 
• No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Develop solutions collaborating with customers, partners and ABB colleagues, 
  Provide technical support to the sales team and join marketing activities, 
  Represent ABB during site visits, communicating at all levels to ensure customer satisfaction, 
• Assist sales people during customer visits, provide technical support to customers, 
• Coordinates and performs specialist Service projects in relevant areas internally and externally including all commercials,
• Provides technical support and solves problems in own expertise area via remote or on-site service in any Service category (installation and commissioning; maintenance; repairs; engineering and consulting; advanced services; extensions, upgrades and retrofits; end of life services, replacements, etc.).,
• To have a good understanding for customers operation and the key facts creating strategically competition advantages,
• Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and customers expectations are met,
• Ensures that customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Service   
• Department Managers of any problems that may arise,
• Prepares all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative. Reports work done in a timely manner and follows up when needed.
• Proactively identifies suggestions for product and quality improvement and communicates them further in the ABB organization. Provides recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service.
• Provides technical specialist leadership and coordination for the Service team. Plans activities in a timely and cost-effective way. Coordinates the work of internal and external technicians and assigns them specific tasks related to Service needs.
