We are looking for an
"SAP HR Module Expert" to be based in YILDIRIM Holding, Maslak Office.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, and/or equivalent department,
- Written and oral fluency in English is a must,
- Experience in minimum 5 to 8 years SAP HR & SuccessFactors is a must,
- Knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies, experience of key integration points between SAP modules and experience in consultancy is highly preferable,
- Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations,
- Must be able to work independently as well as a team player,
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships among teams,
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills for effective decision making,
- No military service obligation (for male candidates only),
- Reside in European side of Istanbul is preferred.
İŞ TANIMI
- Facilitate the implementation, roll-outs and support of SAP HR Module to YILDIRIM Holding companies to enhance the Business Units' functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction,
- Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the business units and recommend/develop solutions to meet their need in a timely manner,
- Design, configuration and testing in SAP HR & SuccessFactor modules in a systematic manner,
- Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP modules/products to business units (including super users),
- Acts as liaison with the business unit for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve any problems and map out business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy the needs accordingly,
- This role requires full cycle of at least 2 project/roll-out Project.
