IT Application Support Specialist

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering field, preferably Industrial Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, MIS or Computer Engineering,
• Minimum 3 years experience in 2nd level application support, experience in retail sector is a plus,
• Good command of written and spoken English is a must, German is a plus,
• Advenced knowledge of data structures (MSSQL, etc) and ability to analyze complex system integrations (EDI, web service, ...),
• Well organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and to manage time effectively,
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills,
• Self motivation in resolving incidents within defined SLAs and learning new solutions implemented by new projects,
• Effective and constructive communication with all business units to ensure internal customer satisfaction,
• For male candidates, military service should be completed.

İŞ TANIMI

• Provide second level application support for the all information system portfolio within the company,
• Provide resolutions to user issues within defined SLAs,
• Support complex data and system integration issues,
• Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support,
• Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure,
• Create problem solving documents for knowledge database,
• Guide users in terms of application usage process,
• Contribute to project test phases,
• Initiate and execute projects to improve ticket tracking processes and systems,
• Support change requests on company intranet (exc. content management),
• Analyze system impact of incidents and devise workarounds and proactive controls.
