• Have minimum 3 years of professional training in industrial / technical areas (preferably molders (injection molds) or those who have molded in the plastic / rubber sector)
• Subject-specific, long-term experience (minimum 3 years)
• Extensive knowledge as Molder or Process Technician.
• Experienced in plastic and rubber injection mold maintenance.
• Compatible with teamwork.
• Be able to cope with dynamism of automobile sector.
• Able to speak a foreign language (English/ German)

İŞ TANIMI

• To check the designs of the prototype and mass production molds, make the necessary arrangements and approve the designs. 
• To make drawings according to the data, sketch work (cooling pattern, runner pattern, core pattern, etc.)
• To ensure that the molds are working, and that they can be delivered in a serial production approved form if the technical drawing can produce the appropriate parts.
• Project management.
