• Experience Writing, Negotiating and award of Contracts.
• Managing contracts and contractors.
• Experience of engineering and change control.
• Experience of implementing Quality Control processes.
• Experience in working in an asset defined as "very dangerous work place" by HSE regulation.
• Proven interest in engineering concepts and projects.
• Experience in implementing plant improvement / refurbishment projects and in power station O&M.
• Good command of English.

İŞ TANIMI

• Leads the engineering and management of asset life especially the Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine plant and auxiliaries (boilers, transformers and substation, DCS and I&C) 
• Manages compliance and implement best practice to deliver continuous improvement in plant reliability, availability and efficiency whilst minimising cost.
• Governs excellent power plant maintenance including: technical, environmental, H&S, regulatory, ethic, professional climate and contracts.
• Drives a team building environment with other departments 
• Manages engineering and maintenance team to steer as technical experts relations with O&M and other 3rd parties. 
• Leads team to evaluate goods and services suppliers, to prepare, evaluate, and modify task risk assessments prior execution of work.
• Coordinates several companies to manage planned power plant outages. Work as a team with other departments in the plant.
