İŞ TANIMI

• Produce and update detailed Network Masterplans for areas throughout Turkey on terms of reference
• Run economic evaluations for business case proposals
• Responsible for Multi Year Plans of Network.
• Being responsible from Colocator&Alliance and ATM Business E2E process and growing&developing business inline with company strategies which includes negotitions, contract preparation and monthly payments follow up. (i.e., exploring rental potential for sites) 
• Assure the Market Areas are identified and activities are aligned accordingly to secure our long-term business competitiveness
• Be able to analyse, process & interpret large amounts of data within tight deadlines; able to set & work with (conflicting) priorities
• Develop the yearly T&R Operating Plan Network Components, Multi-Year Plan and yearly Capital plan (CAPEX) 
• Implement Investment Proposal process with agreed economics and exercise financial authorities
• Assure data transparency for reporting to enable global program visibility
• Assure global practices are implemented in the Market effectively
• Assure the implementation of mapping program (GNOMIC) in Turkey
• Proactively connect with functional experts and cross functional teams to maximise effectiveness and efficiency of delivery. 
• Accountable for the Market plan delivery together with Real Estate and Engineering as well as the planning delivery and manage specific Real Estate projects
• Research on demographics, infrastructural changes and development of Market areas. Analyse data of existing network in order to propose optimisation actions.
