• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering,
• Preferably, experience in Production Supply, Product Management, Production, R&D or Quality Assurance Processes,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,

İŞ TANIMI

Arçelik Group is looking for an Engineer/Specialist  - Technical Services and Training who will work for Customer Services Directorate.

• Giving technical product service training to overseas service organizations,
• Building up technical infrastructure required by presales organization of the product range.
• Giving regular training to  sales companies and distributors about new product lines, outstanding product features and benchmarks,
• Giving training to sales people who are responsible in international fairs about new product launches,
• Execution of overseas technical service activities in coordination with production facilities,
• Gathering relevant data from field, offsite and onsite coordination of improvement projects about service malfunction ratios and guarantee expenses.
• Acquisition of technical service documentation from production facilities. examination, approval and follow up of documents,
• Executing field operations and generating all technical bulletins and working guides about the product range
• Communicating the field early warning and failure feedback to production facilities and taking part in resolving the problem.
