QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Good ITIL Process Know-how
  • Proven experience in the work with internal customers
  • Knowledge of Service Level Concept
  • Good customer relationship skills, customer focused and good sense of responsibility
  • Experience with the following technologies:
-PL-SQL (Tuning, monitoring, debugging)
-Web services(SOAP – JSON)
-Unix, scripting
  • Experience with Oracle database
  • Experience with general billing & payment concepts
  • Significant experience in telecommunications.
  • Good understanding of IT Incident process
  • Problem solving skills
  • Associate or Degree in Computer, Electronics, Telecommunications, Management Information Systems, Mathematical, Programming, Industrial and related Information Technologies.
  • Coordination and organization ability, teamwork approach
  • Intermediate or Good Unix knowledge
  • Intermediate or Good Oracle Sql knowledge
  • Incident&SR  Experience
  • GSM network knowledge
  • At least 3 years experience.
 


İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking an IT Incident Management Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to IT Incident Management Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.
  • Level 1 Incident  operation to ensure high availability and stability
  • Solving the incidents and SR related with the services under responsibility
  • Taking immediate action and troubleshooting in case of IT Incidents
  • Preparing Work Around  procedures to ensure operational excellence and develop L1 resolution SLA
  • Interaction and relationship improvement between with internal customers and IT Operation teams

Preferred Candidate

More than 3 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
