QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
- Strong knowledge of Raw Material, Plastic and Metal Molds, Production Process,
- Knowledge of Project Management,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production process,
- Willing and able to work in a dynamic environment and motivated to be a self-developer,
- Having strong analytical and problem solving skills,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
- Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
- Building collaboration.
İŞ TANIMI
Arçelik Group is looking for an Engineer - Production Engineering who will work for Washing Machine Directorate.
- Coordinating, supporting and monitoring the implementation of projects, process activities and requirements,
- Coordinating activities for process management approaches and their deployment according to Arçelik’s standards,
- Identifying / improving the best suitable process technology for WM plant and suppliers at new projects,
- Coordinating new molds and tools of projects for coated / plastic / metal / casting parts till serial production,
- Managing the cost reduction project.
