• University degree in social science or business administration or economics,
• At least 5 years experience in Human Resources,
• Proficient in English,
• Proficiency in MS Office products,
• Analytical thinker, strong communicator and flexible personality, team player and who demonstrates both a structured working method and cross-cultural competence,
• 1-2 years experience in recruitment consulting is a plus.

İŞ TANIMI

• Sourcing and attracting the right talent (both internally and externally); selecting the most appropriate sourcing channels,
• Assessing and selecting the best possible talent by utilizing innovative assessment and selection techniques used to maximise the right recruiting decisions,
• Being responsible for an end to end candidate management process to ensure a market leading candidate experience,
• Conducting resume and phone screens, as well as in-person interviews with applicants,
• Enriching resume databases by varying and activating recruitment channels,
• Developing search strategies to reach and attract qualified candidates,
• Drafting job descriptions and job postings that accurately describe the company’s roles and their requirements as well as appeal to job seekers,
• Attending job fairs and participating in other on-campus recruitment opportunities,
• Developing a talent pipeline for immediate and future positions,
• Working closely with managers to forecast hiring needs,
• Providing regularly various recruiting reports to management,
• Will be directly reporting to “Head of Talent Acquisition”.
