İŞ TANIMI

The Retail Economics Advisor will be part of the Retail finance team and will support the Retail Finance Manager in ensuring that all economic and financial considerations are appropriately reflected in the investment decision-making process through proposal to review.
The Economics Advisor will also be supporting STAS Retail business with effective performance management to help business to focus on the right financial KPIs on the right time and increase bottom line impact.

Investment/Divestment/Business Model Change: Responsible to review and challenge the Investment Proposals including assumptions and overall business case; ensure alignment with Retail strategy and T&R; ensure compliance with Group policies, most notably accounting policies; check and, where appropriate, challenge DCF calculations. Support the DOVAMO model including updating general and platform assumptions annually or when material changes takes place. And support Retail Finance Manager for decision making on investment proposals.
Contract Management: Lead / Support review of Shell contract standards, Shell Remuneration model, and service contracts.
Business Partnering: Support business to achieve its targets while creating positive tension between teams.Close collaboration with Network, Legal, B2C, B2B, Commercial Fuels teams and finance functions to identify integrated end to end value of investments.
Projects: Lead / Support strategic reviews and implementation of projects.Provide economic and finance input on M&A/S&P activities (ie JVs, acquisitions, swaps, divestments) by supporting due diligence, valuations and negotiations. Support Operator Platform reviews.
Post Investment Reviews: Support post reviews in collaboration with the business, including tracking of performance of assets versus what was included in investment proposals.
Compliance: Ensure proper authorities are obtained for Proposals in line with the Group, Retail and Corporate MOA.
Operational Excellence: Drive Continuous Improvement in Finance as a member of the Retail Finance Team.Ensure quality of Investment Proposals is in line with Group Standards and that they are tracked timely and correct.
