QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Due to growth we are looking for an Accounting Manager to work at Randstad Turkey.
Requirements
- university degree in related fields (business administration, economics, finance, etc.)
- min 7 years of accounting experience including a managerial role
-understanding of the principle of local and IFRS accounting
- certified Public Accountant (CPA-SMMM) degree is a must
- excellent command of written and spoken English
- advanced book keping knowledge and knowledge about local tax legislations
- analytical thinking, proactive and willingness to take initiative
- excellent teamwork and collaboration skills (with every level of managerial positions as well as the team)
- work productively and efficiently in a team environment
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
-experience in consultancy and service industry is an asset.
İŞ TANIMI
- all tasks related to accounting (book keeping, month-end and year-end transactions, reconciliation of accounts, postings for fixed assets, etc.)- supervising daily cash flow operations (AP, AR, credit, cash management)
- supervise and coordinate the general ledger, month-end close and internal reporting process
- all task related to month-end closing and reporting (cost accounting, profit and cost centre management, product cost calculation, etc.)
- monitor and analyze monthly / quarterly operating results
- supervise a growing department and ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner
- assist Finance Director with preparation of annual audits / tax compliance reporting
- respond to inquiries from other finance and firm wide managers regarding the financial results, special reporting requests
- assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department
- handling the communication with all the internal and external parties related to accounting and tax issues including the auditors
-plans, coordinates and supervises the activities of the department
-supports management in preparing forecasts and annual budget
