Software Project Management Specialist

We are looking for a "Software Project Management Specialist" in R&D department of Enerjisa Electricity Distribution who can demonstrate their knowledge and skills in Enerjisa with qualifications below:

• Graduated from engineering; preferably in computer, electrical, electrical & electronics, energy systems engineering or similar departments,
• MBA or Ph.D. studies related to energy sector is a plus,
• 2 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on project management, software development, technical consultancy, financial analysis and reporting,
• Fluency in English is a must. Past working experience with English as a first language or accredited certification of English language (TOEFL, IELTS, etc.) is a plus,
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools are a plus
• Expertise in UX/UI design is plus,
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus,
• Advanced level of MS Office applications is a must,
• Creative ideas with problem solving mindset,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills,
• Effective planning, organization and reporting skills,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Residency in Ankara,

İŞ TANIMI

• Project management and technical collaboration in national & international R&D projects
• Active collaboration and coordination with funding agencies, network organizations, clusters and energy sector entities.
• Developing and establishing new connections with academic entities and technology development zones,
• Collaborate extensively with internal/external stakeholder to understand requirements and provide solutions,
• Developing Web based software solution for R&D Department (Project Management Platform, budget and man-hour tracking application) and internal/external smart grid project needs (IoT Platform etc.),
• Research, technology and software development in smart grid applications and infrastructure solutions,
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects,
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget,
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress,
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders,
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks,
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors,
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation,
