• 5+ years experienced in online retail channels and stores (including P/L management) in an executive role.
• Proven e-commerce & web-metrics analysis skillset with at least 5 years’ experience, with 3+ years of in a product or project management based role.
• Advanced project management skills to lead cross-functional teams across the company.
• Ability to brief all service providers and all stakeholders by ensuring that communication flows effectively.
• Experienced in managing e-commerce service providers.
• Ability to effectively negotiate with internal clients and all providers at all levels.
•  Ability to think both strategically and tactically from developing strategic plans, working with metrics.
• Effective working in a fast-paced environment that requires ability to prioritize, and deliver high quality results.
• Experience in analyzing web traffic using click-stream tools including but not limited to Omniture and Google Analytics tools to produce reports relating to outcomes.
• Experience in UX and has in-depth knowledge of user interface best practices and standards.
• Knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript and web technologies is a plus.
• Experience in creation and launches of SEO campaigns and coordination of SEO activities is a plus.
• Highly committed personality, and a desire to achieve.
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment with global teams and business units, good communication and intercultural skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English language is mandatory.

We are seeking an e-Commerce Product Executive with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting eCommerce & Online Experience Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are: 

Reporting to Online Experience & E-Commerce Manager, the E-Commerce Product Executive will be a key member of highly-qualified and challenging e-commerce team.
 
His/Her main focus is to coordinate between the business, fulfillment, technology teams, the global solution providers, the design agencies and the users of online channels by  closely aligning e-commerce strategy with business objectives.
