• Preferably having similar experience at least for 3-5 years in Facility (administrative affairs/purchasing/facility management) Data Analytics role.
• Excellent in Microsoft Office Suites - Excel & Advanced Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, SumIF and other functions, Pivot Table, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, Charts / Graphs), Microsoft Access, MS-Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Advanced Level of English knowledge.
• Good knowledge of Facility Management Services.
• Hands on experience in creating analytical reports.
• Analytical thinking and proactive approaches to problems.
• High ability in communication, planning and organization.
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple projects in fast-paced environment

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Building Facility Management Budget Control Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting  Facility Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:

• Support the FACILITY MANAGEMENT team for budget & contract related responsibilities. 
• Assist FACILITY MANAGER and team about keeping FACILITY MANAGEMENT services data updated, creating and compiling reports and statistics.
• Provides management support to the FACILITY MANAGEMENT function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics.
• Utilize technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed.
• Supports the FACILITY MANAGEMENT team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the FACILITY MANAGEMENT operations, process or programs.
• Prepare and manage facility Opex budget. Responsible for following the budget and month-end closing process of all FACILITY MANAGEMENT services. Foresee the variety risks of budget and take precautions on time.
• Capable to develop the FACILITY MANAGEMENT business by working on new projects and implementing them independently within the limited budget.
• Serves as the domain expert for FACILITY MANAGEMENT analytics and works as the key representative to the external benchmarks and key surveys supporting the FACILITY MANAGEMENT function.
• Data Mining and trends analysis, data visualization, external benchmarking, pattern analysis and deriving intelligence from the data for management reporting
• Co-operate with departments and participate as necessary in cross-functional teams regarding office and facilities issues.
• Manage relationships with service provider companies besides managing the contract.
• Calculate and compare costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money.
• Check that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and follow up all deficiencies.
