• Min 8 years of experience in similar position (sector knowledge is an asset)
• University Degree 
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to think, plan and act strategically
• Mobile, wireless or telecom industry experience
• Driving licence
• Experince in fixed sales is a must

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a SME Sales Manager-Samsun  with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to SME Sales Senior Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.
                                       

• Manages up to 3 or 8  sales executives within his/her  territory.
• Is responsible for ensuring the executives and their respective sales markets meet and exceed all sales, operationals and performance objectives by providing trainning, development and coaching.
• Is also responsible for recruiting, trainning, evaluating and supervising the managers and maintaining appropriate staffing levels to achieve the goals
• Sets the sales strategies within the assigned  territory inline with company sales and overall strategies
