QUALIFICATIONS : 

As Flormar, we are looking for an "Quality Process Manager" for our growing and highly dynamic team.

• Bachelor’s degree in 4 year Chemistry and Chemical Engineering departments,
• Minimum of 5 years of a management experience, 
•  Knowledge of ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 22716 application systems ,

• Experience in team managment ,
• Good knowledge of English ,
• Ability to a systematic, disciplined and analyt

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for obtaining, labeling and documenting the required samples in accordance with procedures,
• Documentation of test methods for process control, checking at regular intervals and revising if necessary,
• Creation of process control plans, creation of method / method for process validation,

• Participate in the study of root causes of non-conforming products, to follow the initiation and completion of relevant corrective and preventive actions,

• Analysis of customer complaints for root causes, determining and following actions,

• Trend analysis of the wastes generated during the production and determination of the remedial actions and follow-up,

• Take part in improvement projects,

• Providing the job distribution and organization of the team,

• Planning the activities necessary for the development of the management team and evaluation of the performance of the team,

• Coordinated studies with the ARGE, PRODUCTION, and MAINTENANCE REPAIR departments with the determination of the test and analysis methods to be carried out on the products during the commissioning of new products.
