Bayer

• BA, Tourism and Hotel Management or equivalent degree in a related business discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in related field
• Fluent in English
• Strong negotiation, communication, influencing and problem solving skills  
• Demonstrated analytical decision making skills and creative thought process ability
• Ability to communicate with all levels of employees
• Good stakeholder management
• Good time management and ability to work with strict deadlines
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel

İŞ TANIMI

• Manages local tactical event/congress coordination and purchasing execution.
• Prepares the annual event agenda of his/her own area in coordination with Business Units according to business needs and follows up the annual agenda.
• Works with external agencies and organizes all aspects of the meeting organization like invitations, flights, accommodation, registration, banquet service, stands, meeting material etc.
• Identifies, selects and evaluates suppliers; prepares, negotiates and finalizes local contracts and agreements in his/her tactical area.
• Optimizes and assures the continuous improvement of event coordination activities (cost, quality, service, supplier etc.) within his/her area of responsibility.
• Maintains records of events; prepares reports about meetings held and provides information to related parties.
• Support target achievement such as savings, working capital improvements, customer satisfaction etc.
• Monitor compliance on all event coordination activities to assure that business and ethical standards are consistently maintained.
