EDS Design and Release Engineer candidates are expected to;

• Have minimum 5 year experience in vehicle (Automotive, Rail Transportation, Aviation etc.) wiring harness design
• Be eager to perform design and development of vehicle EDS development
• Have good communication skills
• Have good knowledge of product development quality tools and methods
• Preferably have experience in Zuken E3, Mentor CHS or CATIA based 2D design
• Preferably have experience in CATIA based 3D design
• Preferably have experience in wiring harness components (Fuse box, connector, terminal, grommet, cable etc.) selection and design
• B.Sc/M.Sc degree in Electrical Electronics, Control, Mechatronics; Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university in Turkey or abroad
• Outstanding academic record
• Fluent in English to support international work environment
• No restriction in travelling to abroad frequently
• Self-motivation and discipline

Responsible for

• Development of electrical distribution system, wiring harness
• Manage and update commodity work plan
• Lead Wiring harness routing design sign off
• Lead EDS Compatibility Reviews
• Lead EDS issues resolution
• Lead Robustness documents, DFMEA, PFMEA etc.
• Implement and manage EDS SDS, DVP&R/FMEA
• Lead Cost & Weight estimating / tracking by part
• Lead Change management
• Lead Bill Of Material / Complexity Validation
• Vehicle updates, launch support both in Eskisehir and abroad
