Production System Engineer

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering,
• Active responsibility and experience on production system tools is preferable,
• Value Stream Mapping and Design, Lean Manufacturing and Production System tools knowledge,
• Leading trainings & workshops about PS tools and preparing, making presentations,
• Fluent English knowledge is a must, German knowledge is an asset,
• Knowledge of Project management is preferable,
• MS Office knowledge is a must and SAP knowledge is an asset,
• Live/Willing to live in or close to Çerkezköy, Çorlu, Silivri, Beylikdüzü, Bahçeşehir etc.

İŞ TANIMI

The person will be responsible for;

• Coordination activities of Lean Manufacturing activities (BSH Production System),
• Continuous improvement and development of lean manufacturing solutions including realization of projects,
• Setting, planning, following, improving & reporting activities for all production system tools
• Active role in Top idea system and CIP activities (training & visualizations & team motivation)
• Shopfloor visualization studies, finding innovative and creative solutions to eliminate wastes
• Contribute in knowledge exchange within BSH worldwide.
