QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • BSc. degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar fields
  • Minimum 8 years of experience
  • Deep understanding of the customer’s business, it’s market and industry also key decision-makers and influencers in account organisation
  • Ability to translate customer’s objectives and strategy into relevant VGE propositions
  • Broad understanding of Telecom and IT industry
  • Great presentation skills
  • Ability to lead and manage an international and distributed team
  • Ability to travel (both domestic and international)
  • International lived and worked abroad or worked in a global account management role for large amount of time.
  • A sound understanding of a consultative, service solution based sales
  • Ability to effectively use and manage 1SF (Sales Force)


İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a  VGE-Global Account Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to VGE Sales Senior Manager  of  Vodafone Turkey.
 
Based in ISTANBUL, the Global Account Manager (GAM) is accountable for overall VGE relationship management for VGE top designated global clients.
The role is focused on managing the account to drive profitable and long-term revenue growth, customer satisfaction. To ensure effective service delivery, protection/renewal of existing business and identifying major new sales opportunities.
 
  • Retaining and growing business by identifying major new sales opportunities
  • Key company representative responsible for developing strong one-to-one long term relationships with key decision makers and influencers up to C Level.
  • Ensuring effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensures virtual team works collaboratively with all other functions within Vodafone to drive the Vodafone Global Enterprise agenda and ensure alignment

As Global Account Manager, you will have an in-depth understanding of your customers’ business needs and the market and industry they operate in. You achieve this through the long-term relationships you have developed and maintained and your passion for delivering the best products and service to your clients to help them stay one step ahead.
