What do I need to qualify for this job?
* 3th or 4th year undergraduate student in faculty of Engineering or IT related area.
* Able to work 2-3 days/week in Kartal during winter time, 5 days/week during  summer time.
* Have a digital focus and ongoing interest.
* Understanding of technology, IoT, Mobile, Industry 4.0 and key digital interaction devices.
* Result orientation with strong analytical thinking.
* Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and is able to communicate across all levels within the company organization.
* Fluent in English.

For our IT group in Kartal we are looking for Part-time IT Support Specialists. This role will be responsible for providing IT equipment for workplaces and mobile communication, supporting VIP for IT related topics in line with the defined company standards (technology, information security). IT Support Specialist understands IT- Workplace requirements and provides solutions and improve the quality by focusing on the tasks in the relevant domains. 

What are my responsibilities?
* Advisor for the users’ operation of hardware- and software components regarding the compatibility aiming at the use of standard IT products.
* IT entry point for Siemens employees in order to fix their IT issues.
* Supporting the request for Active Directory user accounts, user profiles and software installations.
* Instruction of the IT service provider to deliver services (installation, change of configurations HW/SW).
* Modifications of the IT workplace at the IT service provider in compliance with the valid Info Sec guidelines.
* Supporting the users to prepare requests (e. g. access rights, authorizations, applications, services etc.).
* Zero Touch Installation (ZTI) including data transfer and configuration.
* Smart mobile support for both hardware and software (Siemens Mobile Apps).
* Supporting of manufacturing hand scanners.
