• Minimum 5 years of experience on software development processes,
• Having knowledge of Oracle Database Programming (SQL & PL/SQL),
• Having experience in Java programming language APIs (JDK, JSE, JEE),
• SDLC and Devops methodologies, tools and technologies,
• Enterprise architectures, software design principles and design patterns,
• Enterprise integration patterns and integration tools,
• Microsoft TFS and source versioning usage,
• Cloud based and/or on premise CRM tools,
• Understanding of CRM processes,
• Previous experience on enterprise CRM projects,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.

Arçelik Group is looking for a Specialist- Software Solutions and Service Development - Sales who will work for Information Technologies Directorate.

• Lead and take part on full software development lifecycle and outsourcing activities for requested software applications,
• Propose, define and apply IT services and solutions in cooperation with business owners and business analysts,
• Work in the development and management of the content, information and document management processes and tools,
• Work in the development and management of the integration processes between IT systems, applications and tools,
• Work in the development and management of the common IT tools used for the corporate processes,
• Work with IT and outsource resources, manage & follow up the given tasks.
