• Graduate from a reputable university with strong record of achievement, preferably engineering, MIS, statistics or economy
• 0-1 years experience in comparable position preferably gained in large, multinational environment, telco environment and/or consulting company
• Good understanding of business modelling, analysis and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills involving significant and detailed analysis / interpretation
• Good presentation skills with ability to present complex details with simple, visual outputs
• High degree of initiative and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Highly proficient at MS Office applications
• Experience in BI reporting tools. Business Objects knowledge is preferred.
• Good command in English

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a BI Speliaclist-Commercial Operations with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to BI Manager-Sales of  Vodafone Turkey.

• Engage with stakeholders in order to understand their business processes, imperatives, constraints and priorities
• Understand how the data is generated throughout the systems (when and how / during which processes and activities / data flows)
• Develop reports, dashboards/ score cards from business requirements for company-wide usage
• Make the relevant analysis and/or investigation on every KPI and identify high risk areas and opportunities.
• Identify trends and variances where a “Deep-Dive” analysis is required.
• Prepare monthly, weekly and daily company packs to analyse the performance. The performance packs are produced for both mobile and fixed. All packs are submitted to top line management.
• Prepare relevant presentations, reports and analysis to provide foresight to local, regional and global management.
• Work with BI Data Modeler and Technology teams in order to have an effective base for dashboards, scorecards and reports
• Follow new BI technologies in order to provide more effective business results out of the data in the system
• Handle UAT and resolve issues during the developments on DWH
