We are currently looking for a "Training and Development Specialist" .

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Industrial or other relevant engineering fields from reputable universities
• Minimum 3  years  of experience in HR functions, especially in Training & Development
• Preferably, experience in production companies
• Excellent command of both written&spoken English
• High reporting  & presentation  skills
• Strong communication, interpersonel and organizational skills
• Result and customer oriented
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Reside/Willing to reside in Kocaeli

İŞ TANIMI

• Take role in all Training & Development process in Izmit office
• New project creation & system development
• Training need analysis
• Organization of both internal & outsource trainings
• Prepare training result reports
• Follow up training budget
