Consumer Segment Business Planning Sr. Specialist

•                    3-5 years of relevant experience i.e. Business Planning, Strategy Consulting, Strategy and Business Development, Corporate Finance, M&A etc.

•                    Fluency in English, with good writing and presentation skills
 
•                    Team player with strong capability to work and communicate with other related teams
 
•                    Willing to take initiative and responsibility
 
•                    Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
 
•                    Fast and proper decision making, negotiation 
 
•                    Ability to deal with heavy workload
 
•                    Having skills of management and organization, communication, representation
 
•                    Proficient in MS Office applications especially in excel and powerpoint
 
•                    Bachelor degree BA, Economics or Engineering.
 

İŞ TANIMI

•                    Quantitative and qualitative analysis of potential strategic projects, including M&A transaction models and presentations to VP and CEO level
 
•                    Sound business & financial modelling and valuation skills required
 
•                    Research and analyze in-depth target company's financial situations, industry and market data both qualitatively and quantitatively,
 
•                    Develop valuation models of private and public companies using precedent transactions, comparable company analyses and DCF methods
 
•                    Conducting due diligence on potential investments
 
•                    Participation at negotiations with the different stakeholders of the Project
 
•                    Provide support to Forecasting, Annual Planning, Business Analysis, Business Performance Reporting, Strategic Business Planning processes.
 
•                    Develop and review business case for potential and existing projects.
