- Experienced in using SAP applications
- Awareness of General Accounting concepts
- Comfortable in working with large spreadsheets in MS Excel

İŞ TANIMI
Electronic Record Keeping: Supporting operations of External Compliance team for the generation of Electronic Record Keeping reportsElectronic Ledger: Supporting operations of External Compliance team for the generation of Electronic Ledger
- Supporting creation of monthly E-records reports for Shell Company of Turkey Ltd ve Shell Chemicals companies in accordance with Communique 431
- Raising ticket in Service Now web portal for the known errors encountered during Report generation process
- Manual entry of missing records in E-records application and correction of incorrect values in the existing reports
- Uploading of E-ledger berat files in TRA Portal and responding to E-ledger related information requests of Tax Auditors & Sworn Tax Advisors
- Supporting External Compliance team in responding to the queries of Tax Auditors during tax investigations
- Ensuring proper archiving of E-records reports in accordance with Shell Group Records Management requirements
- Contribute to quality assurance and testing of Change Requests impacting E-Ledger & E-Records
- Acting in full compliance with the requirements of ISO27001 – Information Securuity Management and ISO9001- Quality Management Systems
Preferred Candidate
1 - 4 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
