• University degree in Business, Engineering, or Economics,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs,
• Ability to work and communicate in English,
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organization skills,
• Experience in team management min. 5 years,
• Competent for reporting of activities, strategic decision making, analysis of financial statements, budgeting, investments, feasibility studies, leadership, analytical thinking, 
• Ability to pursue multiple opportunities simultaneously,
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner,
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with ability to motivate people.

İŞ TANIMI

•  Plans İnci Holding’s medium and long term strategic goals of the business development,
• Detects new - alternative activities / areas of investment depending on Holding’s corporate strategy,
• Assists with creation and execution of  shareholders investment plans,
• Detects projects that will provide the most accurate way to realize İnci Holding and its shareholder’s strategic plans, ensures the realization of the projects, manages the process,
• Identifies information systems and technology applications to implement business processes.
