Logistics Manager

• University degree from related faculties, 3 years related experience in equivalent managerial positions
• Ability to develop productivity standards with managing and motivating the team to increase productivity and ensure efficiency
• Highly motivated to initiate changes to improve the business e.g. e-Invoicing, delivery without documents
• Innovative thinker to create, implement and maintain logistics best practices for international outbound transport
• Customer orientation approach to make necessary communications with Customer Hub’s and related Logistic service providers
• Ability to collaborate across all functions and creating network within organization and related supply chain relations
• Domestic and International travel will be required

• Operating all delivery documents for domestic and international shipments
• Creating export documents and ensuring all legal requirements
• Coordinating and tracking all outbound shipments
• Developing plans and setting goals to reduce carbon emissions by transport activities
• Planning routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries
• Tracking logistic service provider performance metrics, negotiating with logistic providers to maximize efficiency, on-time delivery
• Understanding forthcoming customer and organizational initiatives, making the related forecasting, preparing budget, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
• Responsible for the compliance with all export, trade and transportation regulatory requirements
• Developing risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios
• Managing international transportation and logistics strategies to support company needs and control total freight spend, on-time delivery, and delivery quality
