AFTER SALES SUPPORT ENGINEER - SOLAR INVERTER

We seek for 'AFTER SALES SUPPORT ENGINEER' who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB  in Discrete Automation & Motion Division ; Power Conversion, Solar Inverters  in İstanbul location with below qualifications;

• University degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering,
• Good command of written and spoken English ,
• 4-5 years’ experience in Energy Systems & Power electronics and automation service or maintenance,
• PV plant design, PV panel and Solar inverter knowledge will be plus
• Action oriented & strong interpersonal & communication skills, self-motivated, able to work in a team,
• Completed military service for male applicants,
• Having a valid driving license,
• No restriction for traveling.

İŞ TANIMI

The candidate will be responsible for;

• Inspection & technical solution support of the Solar Inverters (at office and on site),
• Supervising and engineering support for solar inverter and solar inverter complete packages,(Inverter, transformer, electrical protection and monitoring)
• Promoting and sales activities via solar inverter trainings and field visits.
• Provide technical support for ABB Sales team, partners and customers,
• Deciding warranty cases according warranty directives and preparing the warranty reports.
• Acts as a marketer of ABB’s products and systems, for example provides support with trade fairs, exhibitions, customer meetings, and with telephone contacts
• Carries out customer visits in consultation with the responsible salesperson.
• Functions as a source of information and/or door opener for customers via one’s contact network on various different levels of the customer.
• Has good awareness about the customer and the customer project needs, can provide clear responses and technical suggestions.
• Works proactively in sales planning in order to achieve added sales.
