QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Experience in a Global Management Consultancy firm
  • Strong communication, influencing, analytical (incl. problem structuring and numeracy) and project management skills 
  • Experience of operating at a strategic level across multiple processes and organization
  • Operating model design and organizational design expertise
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Flexible attitude towards different cultures and situations
  • Hardworking, dedicated personality and capabilities to ensure high quality delivery for projects
  • Strong communication and decision making skills – ability to balance conflicting interests


İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking an Organizational Effectinvess Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading digital Transformation, reporting to Organizational Effectiveness Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

Major accountabilities:

-Operating Model Review & Design

  • Review As-Is operating model(s) by defining involved units and their roles in end-toend functional flow(s)
  • Identify issues with current operating model
  • Provide recommendations for current operating model & propose target model(s)
  • Plan implementation of change(s)

-Organization Review, Design & Restructuring

  • Analyze current organization structures through As-Is reviews
  • Identify gaps between current and target structures
  • Capture organizational needs & design target organization structures
  • Ensure that organization structures have clear right sizing for future business needs
  • Perform job evaluation and grading studies
  • Plan implementation roadmap of organizational changes

-Busines Process Re-engineering

  • Define E2E high level business process(es) and identify process discrepancies
  • Identify process improvement areas
  • Design target state processes that are aligned with capabilities and organizational structures

-Strategic Workforce Planning / Sourcing Model Review & Define

  • Conduct As-Is sourcig model assessment(s)
  • Provide recommendations towards efficient and effective sourcing structures

 

Preferred Candidate

More than 8 years of experience
